After Hartlepool I moved on to Whitby and spent a couple of days there – and had lovely weather.

The museum forbade the taking of pictures so the following was smuggled, thus a rubbish picture of part of a brilliant collection, not of ships in bottles but tiny cameos in all sorts of glassware – ignore the rest of the museum and study this section very closely.
