A “Telford” church – there were government grants to build churchs and Telford designed and built a number of these.  The one at Ullapool is the best preserved.  There was a gallery which they were using to show a video on the area.

Ullapool has some fine buildings, hotels and old warehouses which have not been too pulled about, at least from the outside.

I drove south to Inverewe Gardens

I drove on to Gairloch

Then I looped back to Ullapool, quite a long day/drive…
